    As many people know that the benefits of a diet to lose weight only more than that, diet can also clean out the body from toxins. How can happens? why our bodies can not control our weight? Perhaps many toxins in our bodies comes from the foods we eat everyday. These toxins that cause our bodies can not control the weight of our bodies that we often overweight.

    Of course everyone not going through anything like this. We can perform regular diet. if our bodies free from the control of body weight, so we get the ideal body weight. In this article we will to tell you how to maintain the health of our body especially the liver cleansing diet because the liver is an important part of our organ systems without necessarily part of the other organs will also damaged.

    Liver is that organ that filter blood of toxin in our bodies. but if too many toxins in the blood would cause the heart to work hard, and if it continues like that of course our hearts will be susceptible to interference. Therefore be helpful to health care for our liver with liver cleansing diet. The following ways to keep the heart :

    1. Drink 8-12 glasses of water per day. Drinking water must be water in accordance with health standards.
    2. Do not eat food that can cause allergies.
    3. Reduce to drink milk and processed products.
    4. Reduce to drink coffee. Ronsuming natural coffee is better than instant coffee.
    5. Consuming natural or organic food. That is important because natural or organic food is free from chemical.
    6. Keep clean intestines. Do not eat food that has warmed more than 1 time because the food is already there germs that can make the liver work hard.
    7. Consume animal and vegetable protein.
    8. Avoid constipation. How? Eats lots of fresh vegetable and fresh fruit.
    9. Avoid foods with excessive levels of saturated fat.
    10. Do not eat in a stress condition. In a stress condition of blood flow away from the digestive tract and liver.
    11. Avoid consuming excessive white sugar. Better eating naturally sweet foods such as honey or fruit.

    So, please try it! with a healthy liver of the whole body will be healthy too, we also will get the ideal body weight. This also proves that the right diet can make us healthier.
