    High protein low carb diet have proven effective to help you lose weight quickly and safely. This is a healthy diet for your metabolism. There have been many people who prove successful high protein and low carb diet.

    High protein and low carb diet is a long term diet plan, not an instant diet only 1 month. You are advised to be patient in doing this diet. Now of course you want to know how to do right high protein and low carb diet. By the time you start the diet immediately confronted with strict rules and maybe for some people considered to be torture. The first 2 weeks you will need discipline to do following this diet plan.

    You should not eat more than 20 grams of carbs per day but you are allowed to eat foods that contain protein and fat as much as you want every day. Don’t eat potatoes, pasta, bread and rice because these foods are the main carbohydrate source. Caffeine in coffee and soda drinks will lower the blood sugar levels and makes you feel hungry faster, so you should to avoid it. The last one, drink plenty of water to help your body remove toxins and prevent you feeling hungry all day long fast.

    Foods you are encouraged to eat during a diet is fish, meat, eggs and fowl. Fish consists of herring, sole, flounder, salmon, sardines, trout and tuna. Meat consisted of venison, lamb, pork, ham, beef and bacon. Eggs consist of all food-based eggs such as boiled eggs, omelettes, fried eggs, scrambled and poached. Fowl consists of chicken, turkey, goose, duck and quail. In addition you will be also allowed to eat a few pieces of cheese, fruits and vegetables.

    This stage is an important part of the diet where you start to learn your body accustomed to receiving more protein and low carb. At this time you will determine yourself to set the goals how much weight you want to lose. After the first 2 weeks of your past, you will begin to increase carbohydrate intake by eating more nuts, cheese, vegetables. In fact you begin to eat bread, potatoes, pasta or rice.

    The next stage is the maintenance stage. This stage lasts for several months. You are required to gradually increase carbohydrates but still noticed the amount of calories into the body. During this stage you will still lose weight significantly. Continue to survive doing this maintenance stage until you get the weight you want. Good luck!
