    Many people want to have ideal body shape but not a few people who can not maintain a healthy lifestyle. To have the ideal body shape requires good nutrition and exercise but today only a few people who want sport. not like men, just few women who like sport. They prefer other ways to maintain they body shape such as liposuction, slimming medication, strinc diet, etc. in this article. I want to tell you how to lose weight by one of the way the esisest diet.

    many people use the instant or improper diet to reduce their weight without realizing the danger to their bodies. for those who want to lose weight but do not want to go on a diet that is too long but still get results, I will tell you the menu for the 3 day diet plan, that is :

    Day 1:

    Breakfast :

    • Black tea or water
    • ½ grapefruit
    • One slice of toast + two tablespoons of peanut butter

    Lunch :

    • Tea or a Cup of Coffee
    • 125 g tuna
    • One slice of toast
    • 125 g beet root

    Dinner :

    • One slice of meat
    • One cup of bean
    • 125 g ice cream
    • One small apple

    Day 2 :

    Breakfast :

    • Coffee or water
    • One egg (any style)
    • One piece of toast
    • ½ banana

    Lunch :

    • Coffee or water
    • 125 g cheddar
    • 5 biscuit

    Dinner :

    • Coffee or water
    • 2 sausage
    • 125 gr broccoli
    • 60 g carrot
    • ½ banana
    • 125 g ice cream

    Day 3 :

    Breakfast :

    • Tea or coffee
    • One boiled egg
    • One slice of toast

    Lunch :

    • Tea or coffee
    • One slice of cheddar
    • 5 biscuit tue/ritz
    • 1 small apple

    Dinner :

    • 125 g tuna
    • 125 g beet root
    • 125 g cabbage
    • 125 g ice cream
    • 1/2melon

    This proved successful dieting to lose weight by 3 kg for 3 days. Need to know before you go on a diet, you should first know your weight is fat/ ideal / thin? By using the formula :

    BMI (Body Mass Index) = weight (kg) /height * height(cm)

    If you are a BMI of 19-25 means you’re on normal. If you’re under 19 means you’re thin and if you above 25, you are obese. This formula can you use to guide your diet in order to get a reply ideal weight after the diet.

    With the 3 days diet plan menu that I have given, you can try diet for 3 days of fun. good luck.
