1500 Calorie Diet is the Effective Way to Weight Loss
You want to keep your weight in ideal? Or you even want to lose excess your weight. 1500 calorie diet has been developed, but still many people who believe that to lose weight have to torture yourself with hunger.
Swimming is one of the relatively mild exercise and fun. You need to know that swimming can also lose weight effectively. Perform regular swimming activities but relaxed to lose weight. diet relax with a swim you can do like below.
- Monday: Swim 30 laps with your own pace. Do not push yourself to get to 30 laps. If you feel very tired taking a break to restore your stamina.
- Tuesday: Swim 40 laps still with your own pace.
- Wednesday: do nothing!
- Thursday: Cycle to works.
- Friday: Rest.
- Saturday: Rest while treat yourself with your favorite foods.
- Sunday: Swim 65 + laps.
Perform this exercise every week in the discipline. Maybe your diet will get bored. Do not give up, do the changes make the day such as Monday schedule on Wednesday, or vice versa.
Of course you will get a new atmosphere to your diet will not feel bored. Reducing excess weight is not a burden and make you become stressed. Thus you will not be tempted to stop dieting.
The main problem that must be overcome in the diet is to reduce intake of calories and expending energy or calories more than usual. 1500 calorie diets have proven that the other diet foods to lose weight is not fully effective. The main key is the intake of dietary right.
Breakfast is very important for your energy throughout the day. Milk will give you a little fat that the body needs. Breakfast with oatmeal is recommended for your diet.
Food is recommended to do a 1500 calorie diet of scrambled eggs, low-sugar cereal, sandwiches, grilled cheese. Food for a 1500 calorie diet is important is not more than 400 calories. This was enough food to meet your energy needs for activities until lunch time arrived.
You need to know, to get an effective weight loss then you should have a food intake between 150-250 calories such as chicken, salad, fish sticks, six-inch subs, pasta and pretzels.
